I had thought about hula hoop...Hey Rob, great idea. I had thought about hula hoops for my hoop covers, but PVC pipe was just as cheap. To add strength to your proctive cover, just grab a PVC pipe and attache it with twist ties to the top of the hoops. That will provide the stability it needs.
