parsnip seed
What a mixed up year!
I handed my keys over to the new headteacher on Wednesday morning - and thick throated - walked out of school for the last time.
Where did eighteen years go?
New opportunities will surely open up.
So looking for symbolism focused on the amazing heads of the architectural parsnip that escaped to seed when we weren't looking.

Eighteen years is a great accomplishment. On to new things.
Onwards and upwards. If we don't have change in our lives we become stagnant.
As John Lee Hooker taught us:
Don't look back
To the days of yester-year
You cannot live on in the past
Don't look back.
