pretty in May

"What about me!" shouts our tiny front garden, as we focus on our back garden redesign.

Well, here it is in the middle of a very chilly May. The flowers are very attractive to visiting insects and two hedgehogs were snuffling around in it last week.

The soil needs a coat of bark chips now that our sandy soil has had a thorough drenching. This will act to seal in the moisture and prove a happy home for many bugs.
