typical april!

Typical April! Yesterday good and warm, today snow and low temperatures.

So, no further vegetable beds dug, no manure collected, no paths made!

This was the view out of the metal container where we keep a few old tools and which needed tidying.

You can see that we've cleared all of the seedling birch and the brash has now been chipped. It's all ready for the contractors to come onto site. Meeting tomorrow to sign contracts.

Just wanted to add my thanks to everyone who's shown an interest, helped on site, donated plants or followed us on the blog so far. Last month we had 4500 page views on the blog which is higher even than when we were featured on 'The Ecologist' website last year.
