National Garden Scheme

In The Stumpery

Day 19 #365DaysWild

We have poured heart and soul into creating gardens from a derelict brown field site over the past eight years.

It gives us so much pleasure to open our gates and welcome folks in to enjoy the garden and to raise funds for good causes at the same time.

Access issues along the lane make it difficult for us to fully open the garden as we have to take account of other lane users.

We therefore open our gardens to groups by arrangement.

It does mean more work as we spread opening over five afternoons/evenings. But the rewards are immense when we get such constant great response from visitors.

Two visits into our programme of National Garden Scheme open gardens for 2023.
